We are seeking motivated and qualified professionals to join our Engineering Department.  Positions are available at multiple levels, including Assistant Engineers, Senior Technical Officer and Technical Officer, with consideration given to both academic background and relevant experience.

Assistant Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct system inspections, initial fault diagnosis, in‑depth investigation and issue resolution, and prepare incident analysis reports
• Participate in routine middleware maintenance, performance monitoring and capacity planning
• Act as backup team lead and take charge of technical decision‑making in the absence of the primary lead

Requirements

• Degree in a computer‑related field
• 5+ years of IT‑related working experience
• Hands‑on knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Ability to design and write script manuals
• Practical experience in configuring network hardware (switches, firewalls) from brands including Cisco, Huawei, Juniper or H3C

Senior Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine system health checks and report anomalies
• Assist engineers to carry out hardware replacement for servers / switches in accordance with maintenance manuals
• Take part in shift rosters
• Complete regular backups for servers and network switches

Requirements

• Degree in a computer‑related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT working experience
• Proficient in common Linux command operations
• Experience in configuration and troubleshooting for Cisco and Huawei network equipment
• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts: routing, switching and firewall policies

Technical Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health checks for IT systems and report irregularities
• Assist engineers with hardware replacement of servers and switches following maintenance guidelines
• Participate in shift duties
• Support daily maintenance tasks including data backup and log cleanup

Requirements

• Degree in computer‑related field
• Basic working knowledge of Windows and Linux operations
• Prior exposure to server‑room maintenance or equipment rack‑in installation is an advantage
