• Assists with the strategic direction for the departments of responsibility and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that shape the unparalleled standards expected.

• Make certain that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels. Proper utilization of resources is a must.

• Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.

• Ensures that day-to-day operation of other departments is not impaired by any construction project.

• Ensure strong communication between all members of the planning and design teams, which may include; architect, designers, subcontractors, building officials and Grand Management Team.

• Supervise all construction operations to assure the quality of all work is in accordance with plans and specifications as approved.

• Produce and/or assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts; produces regular and special reports; maintains required records and files.

• Manage established policies and procedures to effectively control the workflow for construction projects.

• Ensure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.

Đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động phải được tiến hành theo các tiêu chuẩn và mực tiêu của công ty.

• Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including the hiring, promotion, demotion, and vacations, leaves of absence and release of staff.

• Create an encouraging atmosphere that stimulates and motivates employees to acceptable levels of turnover, absenteeism, and promotions.

• Maintain close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.

• Three – Five years working experience required.

3 đến 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc

• Two years management experience required.

2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý

• Two years department experience preferred.

2 năm kinh nghiệm làm trong bộ phận

• Bachelor Degree is required.

Tối thiểu tốt nghiệp đại học

• Microsoft Office knowledge required.

Có kiến thức về Microsoft Office

• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encourage/required (depending on guest contact level).

Thông thạo tiếng Anh, có khả năng giao tiếp tốt

• Experience in construction/project management experience preferred.

• Ability to inspect sites.
