Role Overview

The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering, project, and service operations of the organization, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales support of generator systems and power solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a customer-focused approach to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee generator installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage engineering projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
• Lead and develop engineering and technical service teams.
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise, site evaluations, and solution recommendations.
• Ensure effective management of preventive maintenance, breakdown services, and customer support.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in power generation, generators, industrial equipment, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generators, ATS panels, synchronization systems, and power distribution networks.
• Proven experience in project management and technical team leadership.
