Assistant Estimator

PSI Process, a 100% employee-owned company, is hiring an Assistant Estimator for bidding. In this role you will interact with our suppliers, gathering pricing and technical information to help prepare our proposals.

Essential Job Requirements Include

• Tracking publicly advertised bids for opportunities.
• Help preparing our bids for contractors.
• Coordination with our sales team and bidders.

We Are Looking For Candidates With The Following Qualifications

• Good computer skills (Excel and Word)
• Ability to learn our business and project tracking software
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work well with people under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to quickly grasp engineering terms and understand basic engineering concepts

After 1000 hours of service, you will be eligible for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

If you receive a job offer, you’ll need to have a pre-employment physical at our expense. The exam will include a drug test and respirator fitness exam. You’ll need to be clean shaven to take the respiratory fitness test.
