Assistant Event Coordinator

Job Overview
As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will support the lead planners with all aspects of event production — from pre-event planning to day-of coordination. Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning and logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, and rental coordination
• Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
• Manage administrative tasks such as email follow-ups, scheduling, and tracking documents
• Support event setup and breakdown, including décor placement, layout execution, and vendor coordination
• Be on-site for event days to help ensure smooth execution
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the brand positively

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for attendees.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to event sites as needed
• Physical ability to assist with event setup (lifting/moving decor, walking/standing for long periods)
