Due to business expansion, we are looking for talented Event professionals to join our cheerful and creative team. As a lifestyle PR and Event agency, our clients including Hong Kong Design Centre, Royal Carribean, Log-On, SKECHERS, FILA, Disney Word of English, dyson, Belkin, Bandai, etc. the candidate with passion in Event Management, Concept development and story telling is a must, and an interest in design projects would be a strong plus. Job Scope

• Client Servicing: Provide high-standard Client servicing as a professional problem solver;
• Assist the Director to plan and execute projects including small to large scale events, marketing campaigns, design and production projects, and social media campaigns;
• Brainstorm and generate marketing event concept/ideas to support the Director on new business pitch;
• Crafting and executing overall marketing ideas, event planning and execution, celebrity/KOL management, marketing material development, MC management with script writing, etc.
• Assist in social media campaign by providing copywriting and creative content creation;
• Develop creative video from concept to content and script development;
• Work closely with Design team and 3rd parties to carry out smooth event and marketing campaigns;
• any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;

Requirement

• A strong passion for event marketing field and eager to learn digital marketing skills
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in event or advertising agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Friendly, flexible and able to work as a team leader and team player with a professional approach to work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and organized with strong project management skills
• Have a positive, can-do attitude approach to all aspects of the role
