Assistant Executive, Accounts Receivable - Support

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting documents and schedules for bad debt write-off applications.
• Process and post bad debt write-offs, recoveries, and reversal entries in SAP.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of bad debt-related transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare reports as required.
• Conduct data validation checks and support month-end finance activities
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
• Ability to multitask and handle large datasets with consolidation of information from multiple sources.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
