ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the overall management of the Housekeeping Department and ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations (rooms & public areas)
• Supervise and lead housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness standards
• Plan staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, inventory, and cost control
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments
• Ensure rooms are ready, well-maintained, and available for sale
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Maintain reports, SOPs, and departmental records

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
