Assistant Executive, HR Shared Services

As an Assistant Executive, HR Shared Services, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Employee Lifecycle & Contract Administration

  • Manage onboarding, Timesoft updates, welcome kits, contracts, probation confirmations, resignations, and employee personnel files.

• Foreign Staff & Compliance

  • Manage work pass applications and renewals.

• Staff Welfare & Leave

  • Administer leave entitlements in Timesoft and process WICA claims.

• Operational Support

  • Issue Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and Certificates of Employment (COE).
  • Process and guide invoice submissions through Tenderboard.

• Projects

  • Lead the uniform review project.

• Other Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in HR Shared Services or related areas
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
