Assistant Executive, Human Resources

Duties:

• Assist in the full spectrum of compensation and benefits administration, including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment calculations, leave management, attendance verification, and medical scheme administration;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity;
• Support HR projects, including but not limited to learning and development, health and wellness initiatives, inclusion programs, and internal policy updates;
• Serve as a point of contact for internal communications;
• Support recruitment process, including understanding hiring needs, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, preparing offers and contracts, and coordinating onboarding arrangements;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant disciplines;
• Preferably with at least 1 year of all-rounded HR experience in a sizable organization;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices;
• Proactive, well-organised, team player and attentive to details;
• Able to work under pressure and a fast-paced environment;
• High level of integrity to handle confidential information professionally;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications;
• Fresh graduates or applicants with less experience are also welcomed and will be considered for the post of Human Resources Assistant .
