Assistant/ Executive/ Senior Executive, Planner/ PM

About the role

Assistant/ Executive, Program Management (PM) reporting to the Operation Manager within the Sales & Operation Department. This role involves managing program lifecycle from RFQ through to delivery, coordinating cross-departmental communication to meet customer requirements, and ensuring profitable program execution with strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide market reports and feedback to management on industry trends, customer business plans, and competition
• Serve as key communication and contact window to customers on all business and commercial matters
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication to meet customer requirements and expectations with accurate and timely information
• Attend to all RFQs activities and ensure timely submission and quote win
• Coordinate all NPIs, program transfers, and setups; track and monitor programs on schedule (APQP) and ensure timely kick-start
• Meet committed revenue targets by providing daily output trackers, weekly shipments, monthly and quarterly forecasts; monitor customer actual pulling versus forecast and support customer pull-in and push-out requests
• Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and prevent customer complaints related to shipping, commercial documentation, and labelling
• Support quality system implementation and audit activities
• Review quotations (GP/EBITDA) with GM/BU prior to customer submission
• Handle commercial claims for downtime, validation, engineering evaluation, EOL, and ECN product liability

Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in related fields and 2 years in management roles

• Organizational Skill
• Highly motivated, result oriented, self-driven with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Preferred: Background in stamping or sheet metal industry and familiarity with SAP software
