Assistant Facilities Manager

Assistant facilities manager (Full-Time) – Various Locations Across Leinster

We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled manager to support operations across multiple sites throughout Leinster. This is a full-time, field based role suited to someone who is flexible, proactive, and capable of working across different locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance checks and perform minor repairs across multiple facilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues relating to electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Ensure all sites are maintained in a clean, safe, and functional condition
• Monitor and restock maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues across locations
• Support the and operational efficiency of each site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role (essential)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to travel between sites across Leinster
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
