Job Description

Pigeon Engineering Projects is looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to support facilities management operations and ensure the smooth functioning of building services and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience in facilities management and building operations.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• Experience in client coordination, contractor management, and team supervision.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support daily operations and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

Candidate Preferences

• Candidates currently available in Qatar.
• Freelancers with a valid QID are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Candidates must be available for a short-term project.
