Job Description: Assistant Facility Manager Location: Chennai Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead housekeeping operations with a strong focus on quality, team ownership, and disciplined execution, ensuring consistently high standards across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence

• Own end-to-end housekeeping operations; implement rosters, checklists, and workflows; uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Quality & Audits

• Drive audits and inspections; identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions; maintain consistent quality benchmarks

• People Leadership

• Build and lead teams; drive role clarity, discipline, and ownership; plan manpower as per operational needs

• Training

• Lead onboarding and continuous training; ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards

• Inventory & Cost

• Manage inventory and procurement; drive cost efficiency and minimize wastage

• Customer Experience

• Resolve complaints with urgency; ensure effective service recovery and high satisfaction

• Governance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records and reports; track performance via audits and KPIs; ensure process compliance

Eligibility & Skills

• 7–10 years in housekeeping operations, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Process-driven with high ownership and attention to detail
