ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER (BINTULU)

Responsibilities:

• Update daily production plans to meet customer expectations.
• Develop staffing requirements and plans based on productivity objectives.
• Analyze and resolve operations and workflow issues.
• Monitor and communicate daily, weekly and monthly production data to Operations Manager.
• Recommend operational improvements to meet productivity, quality and cost objectives.
• Ensure operation reports are prepared in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationship.
• Assist Operations Manager in improving daily operations to meet productivity goals.
• Hire and train staff in operations management activities.
• Collaborate with HR team to develop employee training programs.
• Manage and control operations expense according to allotted budget.
• Ensure security and safety policies are properly implemented.
• Ensure office equipment and work area are maintained clean, safe and organized.
• Provide support to Operations Manager and Operations team as and when required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent(in any filed).
• Required language(s) : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
