Assistant F&B Manager

The Assistant F&B Manager supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, and strong financial control. This role helps lead teams, maintain service standards, and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and special requests
• Conduct training, briefings, and performance follow-ups
• Ensure proper staffing and duty rosters
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs
• Support inventory control and stock management
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations are followed
• Support audits, inspections, and quality standards
• Prepare daily reports and assist the F&B Manager
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, and Finance

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s Degree in Hospitality Management
• 2 3 years Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 5 7 years in F&B operations
• At least 2 3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong leadership and communication
• Customer-focused and service-driven
• Cost awareness and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
