The Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager,you’ll help coordinate the F&B operation across our parlour,and lounge areas. You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality,creativity,and service — making sure every guest interaction,from breakfast to a late-night nightcap,reflects The Zetter’s charm and character.

You’ll combine guidance from the Food & Beverage Manager with your hands-on leadership and operational oversight to guide teams to deliver outstanding food,drink,and guest experiences while supporting commercial success.
