What This Job Involves Delivering timely and accurate financial services—including budgeting and forecasting;month-end close;financial reporting;and client billing—while adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures. The role ensures financial integrity;resolves transactional issues;and supports sound business outcomes across APAC.

Responsibilities We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to support regional financial operations and ensure accurate;timely financial reporting and healthy financial outcomes across APAC. The position encompasses end-to-end responsibility for budgeting and forecasting;month-end close;P&L analysis;and client billing and revenue management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including operations and client finance teams—to address inquiries and resolve issues related to accruals;payments;purchase orders;and invoices;while maintaining robust spending controls. Strong analytical skills;attention to detail;and prior experience in financial management are essential.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting. Good command of spoken and written English financial management experiences across APAC will be a plus. Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes. Excel-based reporting will be advantageous. CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
