Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Finance team and senior management on the Company’s day to day financial and accounting matters;
• Handle the full set of accounts, monitor daily cash positions, bank balances and cash movements, including client money segregation and liquidity requirements;
• Prepare FRR reports (SFC Type 1,4,9) for senior management’s review;
• Daily monitoring cash position including the required Liquid Capital;
• Preparing financial and management accounts, including group-level entries, cash flow management and financial analysis;
• Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to finance, tax, banking and audit matters;
• Any ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years accounting work experience in financial industry, highly prefer SFC licensed corporation (SFC Type 1,4,9);
• Familiar with FRR reporting;
• Knowledge in accounting software is a must, especially Peachtree;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
