Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Finance Manager at CMC Capital Partners, located in Hong Kong SAR. The Assistant Finance Manager will manage financial operations, including financial reporting, analysis, and compliance, for the company’s USD Fund. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, coordinating audits, reviewing regulatory filings, monitoring fund performance, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and adherence to financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting skills, with an understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• 2-5 years working experience in relevant financial industries.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform detailed financial analysis.
• Effective communication abilities for collaborating with stakeholders and clearly presenting insights and reports.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
