Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·                     Consolidation of financial records

·                     Work closely with overseas joint ventures and ensure timely submission of management accounts

·                     Prepare monthly group management reports on a timely basis

·                     Prepare statutory group annual report

·                     Provide reliable and sensible analysis of financial performance and other key financial ratios on a monthly basis

·                     Liaise with auditors, corporate secretary, tax consultants, bankers and various authorities of Singapore

·                     Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as an when required

·                     Any other duties as assigned by superior or the Management.

Job Requirements:

·                     Qualified accountant, proficient in accounting and corporate finance and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, including some years with an international accounting firms or from a multi-national corporation

·                     Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

·                     Able to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking associates

·                     Highly pro-active, self-motivated and performance oriented

·                     Able to work independently

·                     Good knowledge of Companies Act, financial reporting standards, tax regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

·                     Highly proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
