Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop strategies for cash management, cash flow, and investment efficiency.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze and evaluate financial performance to support management decision-making.
• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and relevant external parties.
• Manage and lead the finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Improve and modernize the company's financial systems for optimal performance.
• Oversee revenue and expenses, bank reconciliation, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Prepare cash flow reports and present them to management.
• Liaise with banks to support the company’s financial management.
• Manage accounts receivable operations.
• Review and control tax filing and payments as assigned.
• Supervise and manage overall financial department activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, financial analysis, and accounting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial/accounting software.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and control financial operations effectively.
• Strong leadership, team management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
