Assistant Finance Manager

We invite applications for the position of Assistant Finance Manager to join our clinic group. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations ensuring compliance and driving efficiency across the group’s finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, payments, and reconciliations
• Manage month‑end closing and preparation of management accounts
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and statutory filings
• Strengthen internal controls and implement process improvements
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; recognized professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, AIA, or LCC Higher Certificate in Bookkeeping) preferred
• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic clinic group environment
