Assistant / Finance Manager

Job Requirements

• Identify opportunities to Streamline financial processes and drive the implementation of automation tools to improve operational efficiency
• Develop, enhance, and enforce best practices to strengthen finance operations
• Document existing workflows and identify redundant steps, manual tasks, and approval bottlenecks to improve process flow
• Develop and maintain standardized SOPs, ensuring consistent application of policies across regions and departments
• Strengthen internal controls, enhancing control measures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
• Conduct regular reviews of processes for regulatory compliance and perform periodic risk assessments with appropriate mitigation strategies

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CPA/CFA qualification is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role; experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and ERP systems; experience in system implementation or migration is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience in Business Transformation and the YonYou system is preferred
