Assistant Finance Manager

ELITE CONCEPTS is one of Asia's leading hospitality groups. Today the company has operations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Taipei. To plan and develop our people element to complement our growth, we are now looking for talents as Assistant Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and Group policies;
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports;
• Analyze financial trends and variances, provide insights to support business performance, monitor business unit performance, and follow up on outstanding issues;
• Provide support for POS systems and payment terminals;
• Support system implementation and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, respond to changing business needs, and participate in system enhancements;
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• At least 5 years of accounting and financial reporting experience; experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is preferred;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Time management and multitasking abilities;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
