Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financing Manager and overseeing a team of two staff members.

·         General Accounting & Operations: Handle daily accounting operations, supervise accounting staff, perform month-end/year-end closing activities, and prepare accounting schedules.

·         Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor bank movements, intercompany settlements, cash flow, and cash position reports; manage debit/credit notes.

·         Financial & Management Reporting: Support financial results, budgets, forecasts, and master plans; prepare management accounting reports, financial analysis, and intercompany pricing.

·         Inventory & Controls: Participate in inventory stocktaking and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Requirements:

·         Degree in Finance or Accounting

·         At least 5 years’ relevant experience in Finance or Accounting

·         Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.)

·         Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

·         SAP R/3 experience is an advantage

·         Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.

·         Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
