Assistant, Financial

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for COD collection, Account receivable (AR), credit control functions
• Assist in routine AR operation and month end closing
• Prepare AR aging report, credit control reports for Business unit
• Validate contracts, price & rebate setting accuracy in ERP system
• Prepare journal vouchers and statements, and follow up with Sales departments/ customers
• Prepare account balance schedules and reconciliation
• Assist in audit requests and internal control reviews.
• Perform ad-hoc requests assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 1 year of accounting or related experience
• Experience in Account receivable is an advantage
• Knowledge in SAP system would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands-on, self motivated, agile and able to work independent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
