What they need
- Oversee timely preparation and submission of monthly reports
- To verify all payment vouchers before forwarding to the General Manager for approval
- To ensure Purchase Requests are in order
- To supervise, train and support the finance team in daily operations
- To review and approve petty cash claims
- To enforce the company's accounting procedures to maintain efficient department operations
- To coordinate with internal and external auditor during annual audits and ensure accurate reporting
- To compile and provide financial data requires by Government bodies
- Oversee timely submission of annual reports on income, expenditure and fixed assets to relevant authorities
- To attend management meetings
- To prepare yearly budget
- To approve OT claims and leave requests for the Finance team
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
