Assistant Financial Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Financial Manager to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial management, strengthen internal controls, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors and support year-end audits
• Improve and maintain internal control procedures
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in finance/accounting (manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
