Assistant Floor Manager

WE’RE HIRING — ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER
We are looking for an Assistant Floor Manager to help lead the floor team and support overall restaurant/bar operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Floor Manager in managing daily operations
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the floor team
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality
• Handle guest complaints and operational issues effectively
• Support scheduling, training, briefings, and team development
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
• Support inventory control, opening/closing procedures, and operational reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality/F&B operations
• Supervisory or junior management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of service standards and restaurant operations
• Confident in handling guests and leading a team
• Good English communication skills
