The Assistant Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations while leading the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service
- Conduct daily pre-service briefings
- Coach and mentor service associates
- Ensure all staff maintain the restaurant's service standards
- Foster teamwork and a positive working environment
- Personally welcome VIPs and returning guests
- Build long-term relationships with regular customers
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate floor operations for smooth and efficient service
- Monitor reservations, table turnover, and seating flow
About you
- 4 years experience
- Extensive knowledge in wine and foods
- Ensure service standards are consistently executed
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout every shift
- Professional grooming standards
