What You’ll Be Doing

As the Assistant Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Pasta Sisters is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily floor operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency.
• Supporting and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Assisting in managing staff schedules and ensuring proper coverage during shifts.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Collaborating with the management team to maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and overall service.
• Upholding and promoting the values and culture of Pasta Sisters.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with ease.
