Assistant Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations for MTR maintenance work
• Manage night shift operations, ensuring efficient mobilization and demobilization of labor, plant, and materials.
• Maintain basic site records and support smooth coordination across teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of site supervisory experience in civil engineering or building maintenance.
• Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card); Confined Space and T1 is a plus.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Practical site coordination skills; clear Cantonese communication and basic English for records, fair Mandarin is preferred.
• Secondary education or above preferred; relevant certificates/diplomas in civil/building are an advantage.
