Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager – Advertising to help oversee the company’s advertising operations and client accounts.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the advertising industry, strong client management skills, and the ability to handle multiple advertising projects. The position is Manila-based and requires flexibility to travel when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day advertising operations.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee projects from planning to execution and completion.
• Coordinate with creative, sales, operations, suppliers, and other teams.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business discussions.
• Handle client concerns and ensure timely solutions and updates.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Monitor project status, deadlines, and account performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager and Management.
• Travel for client meetings, projects, site visits, and other business requirements when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in the advertising industry.
• Experience in an advertising agency, media company, OOH/billboard advertising, digital advertising, or related industry is preferred.
• Experience in account management, advertising operations, client servicing, or a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
• Must be organized and capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel when required.
• Must be Manila-based or willing to work in Manila.
