**Assistant General Manager – Lina Stores**

**£45,000 per year | Full-time | 45 hours per week**

Lina Stores is looking for a hands-on and experienced **Assistant General Manager** to join our restaurant team.

You will support the General Manager with the daily running of the restaurant, leading and developing the team and making sure our customers receive a great experience.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has strong leadership and people skills
• Has good knowledge and passion for Italian food
• Is hands-on and leads by example
• Can manage rotas, stock takes and compliance
• Enjoys training and developing team members
• Builds great relationships with both customers and the team
• Has previous restaurant management experience
