What they need
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Water segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Water Supply, Water Treatment, Sewerage, STP/WTP and related water infrastructure projects.
- Develop strong relationships with government departments, clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders and business opportunities and drive them from identification to closure.
- Lead pre-bid activities, client interactions, proposal coordination and commercial negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong project and client pipeline to achieve business targets.
- Work closely with Tendering, Projects, Commercial and Technical teams to ensure successful bid conversion.
- Monitor market trends, competition and emerging opportunities in the Water Infrastructure sector.
- Provide regular business updates, pipeline reports and market intelligence to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team and ensure achievement of business objectives.
