Qualification: Any Degree / MBA Sales & Marketing preferred

Age: 35–45 Years

Languages: English Mandatory + Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Hindi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales and operations of multiple jewellery showrooms.
• Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate Managers’ & Executives.
• Monitor showroom performance, sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
• Support new showroom expansion and business development.
• Coordinate with Management, HR and other departments.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational standards are followed.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to Management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 10–15 years of managerial experience in the Jewellery Industry – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Gold, Silver & Diamond Jewellery.
• Proven experience in handling multiple jewellery showrooms.
• Strong leadership, communication, team management and decision-making skills.

RELOCATION

• Willing to relocate and travel across South India Branches.
