Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial control processes, ensuring compliance with IND AS standards.
• Conduct regular management audits to identify areas of improvement in financial reporting and internal controls.
• Develop and implement effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and financial controllership principles.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial systems, including ERP implementation.
