Help Launch a Brand-New Urban Air Adventure Park

Kennewick, WA | $55,000–$65,000 + up to $5,000 annual bonus + benefits

This isn’t just another management job. You’re helping build something from the ground up.

Urban Air Kennewick is opening a brand-new adventure park, and we’re looking for an energetic leader to join our GM and help build the team, culture, and guest experience from day one.

You’ll:

• Help lead a 60+ person team
• Build a great culture and develop future leaders
• Lead daily park operations and guest experience
• Take ownership of important areas of the business
• Learn and grow toward future leadership opportunities

We’re looking for:

• 3+ years of management experience
• Strong people-leadership and customer-service skills
• Energy, good judgment, and a take-charge attitude
• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, recreation, entertainment, or similar environments

You don’t need adventure-park experience. We can teach you the business.

Benefits: • Up to $5,000 annual performance bonus • Monthly wellness stipend • Paid time off (PTO) • Urban Air park benefits • 401K with company match

If you want to build something, lead people, have fun, and grow your career, we’d love to meet you.
