Assistant General Manager

Hive Training Club is a brand new recently launched gym, and we are looking for a highly motivated and operationally strong Assistant General Manager(AGM) to join our leadership team. This is a growth-oriented role designed for an individual with the drive to support and manage our early-stage operations. Ideally we are looking for someone who thrives in sales, operations, and community outreach — and who is looking for a pathway to a long-standing career in the Fitness Industry.

The AGM will serve as a key partner to the GM and will directly support club operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused fitness environment.

What You’ll Do

This is a new, evolving, and exciting position. As an evolving role, the list of responsibilities is inclusive but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and convert incoming leads.
• Conduct local outreach to apartment communities, neighboring businesses, and community partners to generate interest and leads.
• Represent Hive Training Club professionally in the community, building strong local relationships.
• Support sale events, marketing initiatives, and brand-awareness activities.
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong member relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Support membership sales, onboarding, and client engagement initiatives.
• Assist with scheduling, staff communication, and general operational needs.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate with a high level of professionalism.
• Comfortable with outreach, community engagement, and discussing membership offerings.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods, as required for facility operations.

Pay: $44,160.00 - $72,000.00 per year
