Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily business operations.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.

Team Leadership and Supervision:

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Supervise department managers and employees to ensure productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship.

Business Development and Strategy:

• Assist in developing and executing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects.

Financial Management:

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure cost-control measures are implemented effectively.

Customer and Stakeholder Relations:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.

Reporting and Administration:

• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Support the general manager in administrative and strategic functions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• A minimum of an HND in a related field.
• Must have experience in any type of manufacturing or production-based business, e.g., pure water, bakery,
• Understands timelines and deadlines.
• Preferably 37 years old and a resident on the mainland.
