Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to address any issues that arise.
• Develop project strategies, objectives, and plans, aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor submission of tender in time
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry,
• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and project financials
• Strong leadership, planning, organizing and problem solving skills
• Solid proven track records of business results and achievement is preferred
