Role Summary

The Assistant General Manager leads daily studio operations, drives sales, coaches the team, and delivers an exceptional client experience. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily studio operations and ensure smooth day-to-day performance
• Coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable
• Drive membership, package, and retail sales
• Monitor KPIs and help achieve revenue goals
• Deliver a five-star client experience
• Manage inventory and maintain operational standards
• Participate in grassroots marketing, networking events, and local business partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or management experience (wellness, fitness, med spa, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable representing the business in the community
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours a week)
• One weekend day required
• Flexibility to support multiple locations
