Assistant General Manager – Staff Development, Guest Experience & Sales Growth

We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead the charge! Our high-volume seafood restaurant is built on fresh flavors, genuine hospitality, and an energetic, high-performance culture. We need a leader who’s passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving top sales results.

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting the Management team in overseeing daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing front- of house team
• Lead by example in delivering a best-in-class guest experience, making sure every table leaves happy
• Execute strategies to increase sales, optimize performance, and meet/exceed financial targets
• Foster a positive, team-first culture focused on learning, growth, and high achievement
• Monitor service and food quality, guest feedback, and operational standards, taking action where needed
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and other key financial areas
• Be a hands-on leader on the floor during peak shifts, keeping the team motivated and the energy high — will also need to work stations during peak seasons
• Step in for the GM when needed, ensuring smooth leadership coverage at all times

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or seafood-focused concept
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for staff development and mentoring
• A guest-first mindset and a relentless focus on service excellence
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales and manage key performance indicators
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• A high-energy, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Flexible schedule availability

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
