What You’ll Do

• Team up with the Restaurant General Manager to keep the restaurant buzzing and running at its best every day.

• Own staffing, training and scheduling so you can build an outstanding 5-star crew.

• Spot rising stars and help them level up through coaching, encouragement and development.

• Create smart schedules that keep the right people in the right place at the perfect time.

• Be the friendly, go-to-face new hires look to and the supportive leader your crew counts on.

• Bring the energy that helps boost sales, delight guests and drive strong results – no pressure, you’ve for this.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of management experience with the QSR industry and the confidence to guide a team to success.

• Leadership: A great track record of leading people, helping to grow and develop teams.

• Flexibility: A 45-hour week, with availability across all day parts and days – you’re ready to jump in where you’re needed.
