Assistant General Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Review Sales budget & overall sales

• Review of Weekly report

• Overseeing daily operation of a business segment, department.

• Attending related conferences, seminars, workshops, etc.

• Periodic visit to customers

• Prepare sales strategy reports

• Market Intelligence

• Review bi-monthly sales pipeline report

• Review pricing guide RFQs and product training

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to liaise with China Stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
