What You'll Do

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience and creating a positive team culture
• Leading and coaching team members to achieve operational excellence
• Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees
• Managing schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels
• Driving sales, profitability, and labor performance
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Overseeing cash handling, deposits, and daily financial reporting
• Assisting with local store marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Resolving guest concerns and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
• Opening and closing the restaurant and leading shifts as Manager on Duty

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
• Previous quick-service restaurant experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and P&L accountability preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
