Assistant General Manager

PAM is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our new Farringdon restaurant from the beginning. Working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef, you’ll bring energy to service, develop the team and help create an operation that feels both welcoming and well run.

What you’ll do

• Lead services with a visible, hands-on approach to guests and the team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Manage rotas, labour, daily performance and operational reporting.
• Build guest relationships and handle feedback with confidence and care.
• Maintain standards across allergens, food safety, licensing and health and safety.
• Work with the GM and Head Chef to refine service and grow the business.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has AGM or senior management experience in a quality-led restaurant.
• Is a natural host and an encouraging, accountable people leader.
• Understands labour, sales, costs and restaurant KPIs.
• Communicates clearly and stays calm during busy services.
• Is excited by the opportunity to help shape a new opening.
