Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve key business goals and performance metrics
• Lead and support the guest experience, including service, cleanliness, and food quality standards
• Help train, coach, and develop team members, including supporting hiring and onboarding
• Communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team
• Support a positive, team-focused, and respectful restaurant culture
• Step in as a leader to ensure smooth daily operations
