Assistant General Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who can help build great teams, deliver exceptional hospitality and make a busy restaurant or pub work properly.

We need an AGM who can:

• Lead busy services confidently from the floor
• Develop supervisors and junior managers
• Coach teams rather than simply instruct them
• Protect standards every day
• Understand labour, sales, stock and commercial performance
• Handle guest feedback brilliantly
• Create structure, accountability and consistency
• Support the GM in running the whole business
• Step up and take ownership when required

You’ll probably already be an experienced Assistant Manager or AGM in a strong hospitality business.

But we're interested in more than your CV.

We want ambition without ego, confidence without arrogance and high standards without unnecessary fuss.

You'll care about the detail guests see — and be obsessive about the things they don't.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
